Based on proprietary silicone formulas, the Endo-Vascular Simulation (EVS) is fabricated through a patented 3D printing process, which can reproduce human blood vessel structure with precision accuracy. The EVS system covers a large variety of major human blood vessels including intracranial artery, carotid artery, sub-clavicular artery, heart, coronary artery, aortic arch, abdominal aorta , hepatic artery, renal artery, iliac artery, femoral artery, anterior/ posterior tibial artery, fibular artery and venous vessel. Silicone vascular simulator are reconstructed from real human CT or MRI data, providing clinical scenario for catheter guide wire demonstration and operation exercises. The pump system can simulate the pulse and blood circulation and control the blood temperature, pressure, blood flow and other parameters. The heart rate can be adjusted between 20-200 per minute and blood pressure can be controlled from 8kpa (60mmHg) to 20kpa (150mmHg). You can easily adjust these parameters to simulate the realistic blood flow. Intracranial aneurysm and stenosis models can be customized for demonstration or practice of the coil placement and stent implantation. Silicone vessels are filled with blood-mimicking liquid. Lubricants can be added in the liquid to provide a smooth surface. Silicone vascular simulator can be assembled from several stand-alone modules. We can also customize vessels with different pathologies. All the models can be connected with LUER connector, allowing quick and easy switch. The elastic coefficient of the silicone vessel is adjustable as 1.5MPa - 2.5MPa. It’s tough, durable and remarkably similar to human vessel.
