Tim Walsh has been in pain for more than 40 years. An ankle injury has left him with poor mobility for most of his life, and he urgently needed a fix. To address this, he consulted with Professor Stephen Kearns, a leading lower limb surgeon in Ireland, and Kearns proposed a radical procedure to ultimately give Walsh his life back. To explain this, Kearns, in partnership with MedScan3D, proposed a 3D digital visualization of the patient's ankle to explain the process in a straightforward way so that Tim can understand the full process.
